Situated on a small, select development in an idyllic setting, bordered by eucalyptus trees, within the backdrop of the Oroklini Hills and stunning countryside. This safe, quiet, cul-de-sac location, within a popular friendly village, is particularly suitable for children. Walking distance to traditional restaurants, supermarkets banks. etc. 5 minutes to safe sandy beaches, 10 minutes drive to Larnaca.

Larnaca, with its marina, palm-lined waterfront promenade, children's play areas, restaurants, bars and bustling nightlife is 10 minutes drive from Oroklini village The town has excellent shopping with a comprehensive range of shops from well known brand stores to craft and gift shops and a colourful market. Oroklini village extends several kilometres from the sea inland towards the Oroklini Hills. A pretty village, it has locally all amenties: supermarkets, bakeries, banks, chemists, hairdressers and also its famous, traditional, award winning tavernas. Life here is easy going and the local people are ready to greet every visitor with their traditional hospitality. The Oroklini coastline, with its golden, sandy beaches, is home to a number of four star hotels and a wide selection of international restaurants. Here there is bowling and a variety of water sports, including scuba diving with one of the best shipwrecks just off Larnaca bay.

The large, comfortable, open plan living room has satellite TV, CD / Radio plus DVD player and two twin aspect patio doors leading to the pool area . There is a fully equipped spacious kitchen / dining area with a large, extendable table. Although Cyprus has a low crime rate, we have provided a safe for any valuable items.

A feature marble staircase leads upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite shower / WC. Adjacent is a large veranda. The second twin bedroom has a front facing veranda. Patio doors lead directly onto the patio / pool area from a third twin bedroom on the ground floor. Here there is a foldaway bed available for an extra guest. We can also provide a cot. There is afamily bathroom upstairs and a separate downstairs WC.
