Accommodation: The sitting/dining room with its flagged, floor, high beamed ceiling, open fire set into a raised hearth, and oak staircase give the room a delightful ambience. The views through the tall windows look across the pool and gardens. The kitchen, which opens into the gardens, is a very good size and is equipped with a gas range, an American style fridge/freezer, microwave and table and chairs. The ground floor has a double bedroom a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with basin. Separate wc. The oak staircase leads to the upper floor that has a second sitting area with TV and overlooks the sitting room. At the bottom of the staircase there are no banisters to one side (see photograph below). Care must be taken with young children as the gaps between the bannisters are wider than normal, and the height of the handrail is lower than normal.

There are three bedrooms, one double, (with additional double bed settee) one twin, and one with twin beds that are joined but can be separated if required. Shower-room with wc and basin. The newly installed pool is tiled, is one level throughout and has internal steps.
