Villa Sol is situated in the exclusive Los Majones of Peurto del Carmen Lanzarote, only 15 minute drive from the Arrecife Airport. It is approximately 15 minutes stroll to the old town of Peurto del Carmen, with its harbour area and many shops, bars and restaurants. The Villa is bright and spacious and furnished to a high standard. On entering the Villa you come through the hall into the living area which consists of a living room and dining area with high ceilings equiped with fans. There are wall to wall windows and doors overlooking the Pool and Patio area. The Villa has a separate kitchen with dining area which is fully equipped with all modern appliances and utensils. Off the kitchen there is a TV Room with Sliding Doors out to the Pool. Five Bedrooms: Two Double Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom with ensuite. Both double bedrooms have Sliding Doors looking out over the pool and patio area. There are Three Twin bedrooms and two double Bathrooms.
