Villa King, is a spacious new 5 bedroom villa, 3 bathrooms, 2 cloakrooms and built on 3 levels with ample terraces with sea views from the top ones.

Villa King is located on a small complex of 60 villas. Complex King with 2 communal pools, including a children's pool, and basketball courts. A bus runs twice daily into the centre of Altinkum and beaches, with many restaurants, bars and shops.

Flights are to Bodrum 1 hour 30 mins, or Izmir 1.45 hours. Airport transfers can be arranged.

Additional information about rental rates

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be required, along with the passport details of all persons traveling.

The price includes cleaning, linen and towels and the first £30 of electricity. The metre will be read before and after arrival and excess above £30 deducted from your security deposit. We have found this method effective for ensuring clients do not leave the air conditioning on when not in the rooms.
