A two-bedroomed, purpose-built bungalow, well-equipped for the holiday needs of a couple or a small family. Sleeps up to 4 people in one double and one twin room. Situated in a small wooded valley at the foot of Bodmin Moor, this is an ideal place to 'relax and get away from it all'. You are surrounded by typical Cornish countryside. Within easy reach of many attractions though. Pub and restaurant nearby and many eating places in the area. *Must stress though, this is a quiet and peaceful place, not an 18-30 style holiday camp!

Although Rosecraddoc is a wonderful place to ‘get away from it all’ and to spend time in a peaceful and relaxing environment, also well situated as a ‘centre’ from which to visit some of the many attractions in South-East Cornwall and South-West Devon. The fishing villages of Looe, Polperro and Mevagissey are a short drive away. Golitha Falls are just a five minute drive from Brookside. Sibleyback and Colliford Lakes, both within 20 miutes, offer fishing and watersports as well as nature walks. Ramblers have the expanse of Bodmin Moor, and even Dartmoor, given a short car trip. Garden lovers and National Trust members are spoilt for choice in Cornwall. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydroc, Boconnoc, Cothele and many more. Children can be entertained at Dobwalls Theme Park (5 minutes away), Trethorne Leisure Farm (30 minutes away), or any of the beaches on the North or South coasts.

  • We normally let on a Saturday - Saturday basis, although shorter periods and other changeover days are possible to arrange, particularly out of the high season. Visitors are asked to arrive after 3.00p.m. on the day of arrival and to vacate by 10.30a.m. on departure day to allow for cleaning and change of bedding etc.

    More than four in your party? Just contact us as we have several other properties at the same location, one of which is converted for 'wheelchair' use. The bungalow has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a lounge/diner, a very well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, with shower. There is an allocated space for one car, as well as a small patio with garden furniture, ideal for catching the summer sunshine. Entry through the front door into an open-plan lounge/diner with a full size three-piece suit, dining table and four chairs and a wall unit for storage. Also included is the Nicam television, DVD player, CD/radio player and standard lamp. This room is heated by wall mounted electric heaters. The kitchen is equipped with a full size electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. All crockery, cutlery and glasses etc are also contained in the kitchen. Bedroom 1 - Includes a double bed, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers as well as a TV with DVD player. Bedroom 2 (Pictured) - includes twin single beds, bedside cabinet and TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted electric heaters.

The bathroom includes a low-level w/c, wash basin and bath with an overhead shower.
