Situated within the Miraflores V complex. This beautifully finished 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) apartment is situated on the ground floor in a luxury complex with security entrance system in operation. The apartment has a large fully equipped terrace and two large communal swimming pools. Air conditioning/Heating installed. Situated on the Southern Costa Blanca, 40 minutes south of Alicante and twenty minutes north of the Inland city of Murcia. Miraflores V is located five minutes from Villamartin Golf Course and Plaza, ten minutes from the beautiful sandy beach at La Zenia, Orihuela Costa. There is many other beaches, golf courses and attractions all within a short drive.

The apartment is situated close to Villamartin Plaza. There is an excellent road network, which will take you to Torrevieja, a fifteen minute drive. Also within easy distances are the towns of Benidorm, La Manga, Alicante, Murcia, the beach resorts of La Zeina, Playa Flamencia, Cabo Roig and Guardamar are nearby. There are excellent bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate area, plus four championship golf courses for the golfing enthusiasts, Villamartin, Las Rambles, Campormor and La Finca. There is an abundance of shops and of particular interest are markets which are held every day of the week in the towns and villages of the area. The towns of Rojales and Almoradi are charming rural towns where you can shop and have a drink or tapas and enjoy yourself in the sunshine For those of you who like to combine a beach holiday with a rural setting and also golf this apartment is ideally located. You can book a boat trip to the tiny island of Tabarca, well worth a visit.

    €150 deposit is required upon booking. The balance of rental must be made six weeks prior to arrival. Keys are obtained at the apartment and to whom a €70 cleaning charge is paid before departure.

    The apartment is cleaned and supplied with fresh bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) prior to your arrival.

    Changeover day is flexible to accommodate cheap flights.

The main bedroom is a double with ensuite, the second is a twin with bathroom, and both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The lounge and dining area is spacious and furnished to a high standard; the lounge includes a large double sofa bed. Also in the lounge is TV with sky, DVD and CD player. Off the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. A full cleaning service is available. Patio door lead to a large fully equipped terrace with BBQ, sun beds, dining furniture and parasol The apartment has access to two large pools. One is beside the apartment. The apartment is ideally situated for sandy beaches and champion golf courses, which makes it ideal for beach lovers, families and golfing enthusiasts with four golf courses close by namely Villamartin (champion golf course), Las Rambles, Campaomor and La Finca.

Only ten minutes by foot and two by car is the popular and well established Villamartin Plaza where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops to suit all. A ten minutes drive will bring you to the beautiful sandy beach at La Zenia, which offers water sports. There are several beaches all along the coast. There are lots to suit all ages with theme parks, water parks, a large marina, the zoo, large shopping centres and Go-Karts and lots more all within 15 to 30 minutes from the apartment.
