Accredited by Visit Britain with 4 STARS. Superb location. Only a gentle stroll to Fistral beach and town centre. Large groups may be accepted by arrangement. High quality property. Recently refurbished throughout including all new PVC windows and doors. A perfect base for a great holiday. No need to get the car out every day.A Nice fenced private rear garden with decked area and patio set. Situated in a cul de sac - perfect for children. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has a single bed. the 7th bed is a small type chair bed suitable for a small person. in the lounge there are 2 double leather settees, electric fire, dvd player. Dining room has a full modern oak table and seating for 6. Kitchen has all essential appliances including a full freezer. Bathroom has a separate electric shower over the bath. Comes with garage to store all boards, etc.

Newquay town centre is only ten minutes walk - as is Fistral beach. This can be a 'car free' holiday if you choose. If you do bring the car, there is a drive plus there are parking bays on the road.

A five minute walk leads to onto the river gannel - a tidal river that for many locals is Newquay's most beautiful spot. You can take a walk down the river at low tide right onto the spectacular Crantock Beach.

What a wonderful holiday

Just to say thanks for use of your house. It was fantastic and we had a really good time. The whole property is really well set up and we loved the new bathroom and lovely kitchen. Very nice back garden as well. We are coming back later this year and can't wait - absolutely great. A fantastic location so close to Fistral beach.
