Villa Mina is a two storey detached property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas whilst conveniently located for easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, banks, post office and bakeries. Beautiful beaches are all just minutes away, as are the market town of Roses and the fishing village of Cadaques. This is an ideal place just to sit in the shade of olive trees, have a cool beer and watch the world go by.... This well appointed, detached villa offer two storeys; the entrance on the ground floor has two doors, one leading to the laundry room and the second to the lower floor of the villa which comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom and the stairs leading to the upper floor. The first floor comprises a well equipped modern kitchen, a third bedroom, second bathroom, and large bright and airy lounge. The lounge opens up on to a terrace which contains a table and chairs for al fresco dining, barbecue and awning which can be opened as and when required.

From the terrace a few steps down lead to the swimming pool, which his approximately 6 m x 4 m. Bedroom 1: is located on the first floor and contains one double bed. Bedroom 2: located on the ground floor has one double bed and bunk beds. Bedroom 3: located on the ground floor has two bunk beds. The laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer. The property stands in its own private gardens and benefits from private off road parking for up to three cars.
