A superb property if you dont want to hire a car.

Only two mins walk to Denia's most beautiful sandy beach, this light and very comfortable apartment sleeps 4 plus 1 (on single fold away bed in lounge) and offers air conditioning, fans, satellite TV, balcony and superb swimming pool with toddler pool also.

Equally short walk to bars, restaurants, supermarket and shops and is only 20 minute walk along beach (or easy 3 min. bus ride) to the centre of Denia. Quiet, convenient location. Close to all amenities. One hour from either Alicante or Valencia airports.

Great if you dont want to hire a car.

Sometimes its hard to 'differentiate' amongst all the various apartments avalable on the internet. With this one though it isnt. This is certainly one of the more attractive properties and locations. Very Peaceful. So near to beach. Lovely setting with beautiful gardens and pool. We think you'll like it.

The region has a special Mediterranean climate. Dénia is recognised by the WHO as having one of healthiest climates in the world with an average 2500 hours of sunshine each year, sea temperatures ranging from 13°C minimum in winter to 26°C in summer, and air temperatures ranging from 15°C in winter to 32°C in summer. This makes Dénia an ideal location for year round holidays. Dénia boasts EU blue flag beaches e.g. Las Marinas. These long sandy beaches, ideal for adults and children alike, run for at least 20 kilometres to the north. As well as children's beach playgrounds, every water activity is provided for in this area. There is also the beautiful Marineta Cassiana beach, a smaller sandy bay to one side of which Dénia's newest marina has been built. South from here lie the rocky coves of Las Rotas (with SUPERB restaurants) & the protected marine area of Cabo de San Antonio...

As stated above, car not neccessary but.. a hire car is a relatively cheap way to get to / from airport and ..to explore further afield to let you see more of this stunning area. The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region This exclusive area of the Spanish Mediterranean coast lies on the South Eastern coast of Spain. It has one of the best climates of continental Europe and is ideal for year round visiting. Sea breezes in summer and protected against the cold North winds in winter.
