Book now for February half term at our highly appointed ground floor apartment on the prestigious championship golf course: La Finca. (Any week in November for £150). Situated in the beautiful southern Costa Blanca, (just a short drive to the beach) the apartment offers accommodation for up to 6 people.

Coast/Beach: The apartment is about a 15 minute drive away from the beautiful blue flag beaches of Guardamar. The beaches here are some of the best on the Costa Blanca backed by dunes planted with pines, eucalyptus and palm trees. There are 8 white sandy beaches in total extending to almost 14 kilometres. Sun beds are available in most places and the beaches are cleaned daily. Nearby the town of Torrevieja has sandy beaches as well as a harbour and numerous restaurants, tapas bars and shops. Just 5 minutes from la Finca you will find the typically Spanish villages of Algorfa and Los Montesinos which offer a range of shops, local bars and restaurants. A 15 minute drive will take you to the bustling town of Torrevieja with it's long sandy beaches, restaurants, shops, markets and a lively nightlife. Shops, bars, restaurants and banks can also be found on site at La Finca. Golf: The La Finca golf club lies in natural surroundings of great beauty at the foot of Mount Escotera.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Short breaks also available. We try to be flexible with change over days and arrival and departure times during low season.

    All bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided.

    60 euros must be paid at the end of the stay in Spain for cleaning and welcome pack ( this also includes a 'Meet and Greet' service). A non refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking.

    Final balance is due 8 weeks before holiday along with a refundable security deposit of £100 to cover accidental damage or excessive cleaning (refundable on return once property checked and keys returned).

    Cancellation policy 8+ weeks, loss of deposit only, 4-8 weeks, 50% of rental price refunded + security deposit, 2-4 weeks, 25% refunded + security deposit less than 2 weeks - no refund but security deposit returned.

La Finca is conveniently situated between Murcia and Alicante airports, both of which are served by almost all UK and European airports and budget airlines. The apartment incorporates: air conditioning throughout, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Large lounge/diner, Sky T.V Private courtyard, Private covered terrace, Private garden (overlooking the pool),Secure gated community. This brand new urbanization has banks,shops, bars, and restaurants, all of which are just a few minutes walk away. This apartment is exceptionally well appointed, with high quality furnishings and marble flooring. Patio doors in the lounge diner open on to the covered terrace. There is large table and chairs which comfortably seats 6 or more people and overlooks our garden and the landscaped communal gardens and pool. The garden is lawned and there is plenty of space to relax on the sun beds here.

At the front of the property there is a private courtyard with a BBQ and further table and chairs, the perfect place to take breakfast, lunch or dinner (extra pictures can be emailed to you if you wish to make an enquiry). The apartment has air con in bedrooms as well as the living area. There is an open fire in the living room for the cooler winter months and heating. We have a full Sky T.V package along with BBC1, ITV etc. Beaches - The apartment is located just a short drive from the beautiful blue flag beaches of Guardamar. It is also within easy reach of the Mar Menor, and La Manga national park. Golf - LaFinca golf course winds its way through the heart of this new beautifully landscaped development. Other famous golf courses including Villamartin, Las Ramblas & Campoamor are all within 20 minutes drive.

A lovely clean well presented holiday apartment. Which is easily accesible from Alicante airport and only a short drive to some beautiful beaches, shopping malls and traditional Spanish markets. Complex swimming pool is conveniently located to the apartment (particularly handy with small children). Apartment is well furnished and includes, high chair & travel cot. On both occassions that we have stayed at the apartment we have had a relaxing family holiday. We've booked to return on our 3rd holiday - July 2010.

Rental property was exactly as described. Very well organised interior and very well equipped. Outlook overlooking the pool is very pleasant and area was very quiet when we were there in September. The property is immaculate and we were met by the helpful caretakers when we arrived.Owners have been very helpful throughout the booking period so much so that we feel as though we now know them but have never met.
Recommend a car as facilities at local commercial centre are limited but lots within a short drive.
Locally we recommend Baybrook restaurant in local commercial centre and The Vestry in Algorfa.
We would certainly recommend this property.
