The Royal Burgh of Elie & Earlsferry is located c. 20 minutes drive from St. Andrews and has been a very popular holiday destination since the late 19th. Century. It has beautiful, award winning, sandy beaches and has something to offer family members of every generation from golf, tennis, bowls to watersports. There are several good eating places, within the village, and for those wishing to picnic there are several shops offering good local produce.

Spacious and traditional Scottish house in the centre of this popular village with all amenities within walking distance. The house has recently been refurbished and has a good mix of character/contemporary decor. The new kitchen is spacious and very well equipped and thought has gone into providing excellent bathroom facilities. The dining area will accommodate 10 people around the table for family gatherings. The accommodation comprises:- Ground Floor, Entrance Hall, Dining Room with period decor and matching furniture, dining table to seat 10,Kitchen, modern and well equipped with door leading out to patio area. Bedroom 1 - Super king bed (or can be split to make two singles) First Floor: Sitting Room - a spacious and bright room with comfy seating, tv/video, double sofa bed for occasional guests. Bedroom 2 - Super king bed (or can be split to make two singles), feature cast iron fireplace. Bathroom - Bath with shower attachment, wh basin and wc.

Shower Room - Newly fitted with walk-in shower cubicle, wh basin and wc. Second Floor: Bedroom 3 - Good sized twin bedroom, Bedroom 4 - Good sized twin bedroom, Shower Room - Newly fitted with walk-in shower cubicle, wh basin and wc. Outside: A secluded and enclosed patio equipped with bar-b-que and patio furniture.
