There is private parking beside the apartment and a large area of lawned communal garden, the gate from which gives easy access to the harbour and beach. The accommodation comprises:- Entrance porch - ample storage for coats, shoes, wellies, beach gear etc. Sitting Room - a spacious room with superb sea views, oak flooring, comfy leather sofas, large LCD flat screen tv., dvd, video. Kitchen/Dining - Modern kitchen well equipped with all mod cons, dining table seating 6, again this room has stunning views. Master Bedroom - King-sized bed, dressing table, ample storage for clothes etc. En-suite - fully tiled with generously sized shower cubicle, wc and wh basin Bedroom (2) - a good sized twin bedroom with ample storage. Bedroom (3) - another well proportioned twin bedroom with ample built in storage.
