The open plan living area on the ground floor is ideal for family gatherings with comfy seating, large dining table and kitchen with door to garden leading off from here. The separate sitting room with open fire on the ground floor is an ideal escape for those seeking peace and quiet to read the paper. The large double garage has a table-tennis table, and there is also off street parking. The accommodation comprises:- Ground Floor Open Plan Living Room/Kitchen - a good sized and "social" L-shaped room with well equipped kitchen at the end, dining table seating 10, comfy seating etc. Doors lead from here to the garden. Sitting Room/Snug - a cosy room with comfy seating, colour tv., video, hi-fi and open fire. Inner Hallway - with ample coat hanging space and welly/golf club storage etc.

Utility Room - equipped with washing machine, tumble drier and sink/drainer. Downstairs Loo - wc and wh basin. First Floor Master Bedroom - Superking sized bed (or can be two singles), ample wardrobe space. En-Suite - with bath, wc and wh basin. Twin Bedroom with two single beds. Twin Bedroom with two single beds. Bunk Bedroom - ideally for children with two sets of bunk beds, but could sleep adults also. Bathroom - nice size with walk in shower, bath, wc and wh basin. Outside Double garage at present with table tennis table, but can also be used for car if required. Off street parking outside garage. Good sized garden with side access for bikes mostly lawned with patio area, garden furniture and bar-b-que.
