Green and 17th. tee of Elie Golf Course and is within a few minutes of walk Earlsferry’s sandy beaches. All on one level, it is also suitable for those with mobility problems. There is side access to the property for bikes etc., and a small paved area to the rear facing South ideal for sunbathing or bar-b-ques (2 sunloungers provided). ACCOMMODATION Hallway (from which all rooms lead off), Storage cupboard for golf clubs etc. Sitting Room- Freshly decorated, bright sunny room, Bay window with views over the golf course, Fireplace with gas/coal effect fire, Ample Comfy seating, Table which can be extended for dining.
