Traditional semi-detached cottage tastefully decorated and furnished all on one level with secure garden, bar-b-que area and private parking, situated in this pretty conservation village within 10 minutes walk of the sandy beach, and a short walk to the village store and very nice local pub/restaurant. Well behaved pets welcome.

Everything you would expect from a tranquil conservation village, situated just 6 miles from St Andrews and 3 miles from Crail. Traditional cottages which, in the summertime, come alive with the scent of climbing roses and flower tubs. The village is steeped in history, the primary school dates back to 1822, and is the oldest still in use in Fife. The village pub/restaurant has recently been tastefully renovated to compliment its former use as a 19th century coaching inn. There is a local PO/shop and a beautiful sheltered sandy beach. For golfers there are golf courses galore within easy reach, including Kingsbarns Golf Club itself (one of the three courses used for the Dunhill Cup).

Very nicely decorated with lots of homely touches and soft furnishings, this cottage is ideal holiday accommodation for golfers and familes alike. The enclosed garden to the front has a built-in bar-b-que area and there is private parking. All on one level, the cottage comprises:- Hallway - with ample storage for golf clubs etc., airing cupboard. Living Room - A bright airy room with dining table at one end, and comfy sofas at the other, with french door leading out to the attractive garden. Kitchen - Well equipped with hatch to living room. Bedroom 1 - Two single beds. Bedroom 2 - Kingsized bed, ample storage for clothes etc. Bathroom - Traditional white suite consisting of bath, wc and wh basin.
