First Floor - Master bedroom (25' x 11'10') with en-suite. Bedroom 2 (Double). Large bathroom with free standing roll top bath, separate double walk in shower, WC and basin. Separate WC.
Second Floor - Comfortable and spacious attic accommodation, with some head restrictions. Bedroom 3 (Double). Bedroom 4 (twin). Bedroom 5 (twin).
Outside - Well presented grounds with gravelled driveway providing parking for 5 vehicles. Lawned area to front. To the side/back of the property is a flagged sun terrace area with table and chairs and BBQ. A separate flagged courtyard provides secure storage space and possible child's play area.
Booking conditions:
Cancellation
If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking he should advise the Owners immediately by telephone, followed by a confirmatory letter. Upon receipt of such letter we will (but without any obligation to the Hirer) use our best endeavours to obtain a replacement letting and, if such replacement is obtained, will then refund to the Hirer any monies paid, less a handling charge. If unable to re-let the Owner shall be entitled to retain all payments already made and to recover, if not already paid, the balance of the hiring charge.
We strongly advise the Hirer to take out insurance to cover cancellation.
If, for any reason beyond the Agent's control, the property is not available on the date booked, all rent paid in advance will be refunded in full.
Hirer's Obligation
*To pay for any breakages, losses or damage to the property before departure.
*To take all reasonable and proper care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the tenancy.
