My duplex is as follows: Main entrance into lounge /kitchen area. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric grill and all crockery/utensils. The lounge area has two settees, cd player and combi LCD tv/dvd and cupboard space.. There is also a satellite tv service available to guests at no extra charge. However, please note, that the tv is a UK model. There is a power adaptor in place for the tv. This remains the property of the apartment and should remain in place. Do not remove for other purposes. There is no other adaptor available in the duplex-guests must bring their own, if they bring UK appliances to use. The settees can be converted into single beds if required. Air conditioning is available in this area. Please ensure that this is only used when guests are in the apartment and make sure doors/windows are closed. Please switch off when you leave the duplex for any period of time.
There is also a small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
Access to the terrace is made from the lounge area where table and chairs are available.
Stairs leading down to: double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Main bedroom with double bed and wardrobe , chest of drawers/mirror. Access to a secluded, small terrace area is available from this room. Single bedroom with bed and wardrobe. All bedrooms have their own fans. All downstairs windows and door have security shutters fitted. On this floor there is also another larger bathroom with toilet, sink and walk in shower enclosure. There is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Bedding and towels are provided for guests but not beach towels. Guests must provide their own beach towels and not use the duplex towels. A management service is on hand if assistance is required. Management can provide an airport taxi pickup if required. This can be arranged at time of booking.
