Fantastic Apartment

The Penthouse is a really spacious apartment in a very convenient location. Very clean and tidy on arrival with lovely welcome gifts from the owner awaiting us. Owner called around on our first night to check all was ok which was good. Beds, settees etc all very comfortable and apartment nicely decorated. Our children liked the DVDs provided in the apartment and the swimming pool. Kenegie is just on the right side of Penzance not to get caught up in town traffic. A great apartment that we would be very happy to stay in again and recommend to others.
Minor comments on descriptions - the pub in Gurval is in walking distance but when we were there the crops in the fields made footpath impossible to follow, and not a route I'd fancy doing in the dark after a few beers! The alleged pitch and putt just isn't one. It's not in the control of the apartment owner, so no blame there, but it's an overgrown putting course at best. My pitching wedge and putter stayed in the car. The swimming pool, again not in the control of the owner, has limited opening hours and while our children enjoyed their visits there, the pool area we felt could do with a bit of refurbishment.
Overall these were only minor personal disppointments, but the apartment really is great and we're looking forward to our next visit.
