Mid Wales holiday apartment: Builth Wells

This appartment has two twin bedrooms with private / en-suite bathrooms (toilet, basin, bath & shower), a large living / kitchen area, and separate entrance porch. All rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The fully equipped kitchen has an eye level cooker with seperate hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and toaster. There is a small freezer in the hallway. Comfortable seating is provided in the living area, together with TV/DVD and lovely views of the garden beyond. Guests have the use of part of the garden, which includes a patio with seating, small pond and use of barbecue during the summer months. Included in the retnal charge is electricity, central heating, hot water, all bed linen, towels and kitchen linen. Also provided for your arrival are basic food items such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, breakfast cereals, marmalade etc. Other shoping can be done for you - no problem!
