An open doorway leads through to the dining room with seating for 8 adults, French doors open out to a large decked terrace and steps lead down to the garden. At the other side of the property, to the front is a study with large TV, games console, Internet access. A separate utility room with 7kg washing machine and dryer, the side door leads out to the garden. Shower room and w/c.

Steps lead down from the hallway into a fantastic 16' x 15' lounge with seating for at least 8 adults, plasma screen TV, DVD and films, board games, etc and french doors onto a private decked terrace that wraps around the back of the property and joins with the dining room terrace, A table with 6 recliner chairs is on each terrace. Stairs leading to large landing, take a few steps down into the master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV, en suite shower room. Second bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV and en suite shower room. Third bedroom with 2 single beds. Fourth bedroom with 2 single beds. Family bathroom with shower above bath. Beautiful landscaped, extensive gardens that have been planned with the National Parks Authority . Very private property. Short lets are welcome when available.
