Perugia holiday villa "Banditelle" in Pietralunga

Banditelle is a extremely spacious,comfortable and well equipped villa. It has three bedrooms which comprise a large double situated next to the family bathroom, a second double with en-suite shower room and a twin bedded room also with en-suite shower room.

Downstairs there is a large kitchen dining room with a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven. There is also a fridge/freezer. Leading from the kitchen is a large comfortable lounge which,like all the other downstairs rooms, leads, via shuttered French doors, onto the patio area. It has a wood burner which,combined with the full central heating, makes Banditelle available all year round. A second sunlounge has comfortable seating, ( sofa bed which can be utilised if required), a small TV/ video player, games, library and CD collection. The large hallway has a further sofa and leading from it a WC and small utility room with washing machine, iron and washing line for use outside.

Immediately outside the lounges is a patio area with tables and seating, giving views down and across the valley.It is an ideal place to barbecue in the evening, or to sit and watch the sun go down, listening to nothing but the sound of the cicadas, nightjars and the occasional bark of a deer. If you are lucky you may see the dance of the fireflies at night or spot a wild boar on the hillside opposite. There is a small wooded area and terraced lawns. Off to the side of the villa you walk past the lavender and herb beds and down to the private pool which has a paved area for seating and is surrounded by lawns. The pool has views down the valley and is a lovely place to laze with a good book and a drink, combined with occasional dips to cool off.
