This West facing house, set in 700 sq metres of grassed garden is one of approx 8 homes in the hamlet of La Croix, close to the village of St Leger des Pres, which provides lunches for locals at the auberge. The nearest town is 5 miles away (Combourg), with four restaurants, cafes, Historic chateau. shops and supermarkets. The quaint town has a bustling market on Monday mornings. The nearby town of Dinan is an attractive medieval town with a beautiful port on the River Rance with many restaurants and is only 30 minutes away. The port of St Malo is also another attraction of the area in that the town is only 40 minutes drive. There are many attractive buildings and shops in the old part of the town known as Intra Muros. If seafood is the desire then Cancale provides something for everyone's taste, with oysters being a speciality. For beach worshippers, there is the very clean and unspoilt beach at nearby St Lunaire, only 45 minutes away.

On entry into the dining/kitchen, there is a large oblong table and 6 chairs, a cooker, wood burning stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Turning left into the lounge, 12' x 12', there is comfortable seating for 5 people, a TV/DVD player, CD/cassette player. Off the kitchen is a small hallway, giving access to the bathroom (described below). The hall way also gives access to the stairs, leading to a landing area, off which there are three bedrooms.
