Zeytenli is a luxurious villa with private pool. The Pool and terraces are surrounded by palm, lemon and banana trees and flowers in abundance.There is a beautiful olive tree (hence the name) by the side of the pool.
Gated entrance with private driveway ( making property secure for young children). The villa is situated in a beautiful location at the foot of the Tauros mountains, on the hillside looking down onto the village and the bay. Air conditioned throughout and all external windows have the added bonus of mosquito screens. The villa is bright, spacious and tastefully fitted throughout. Downstairs you will find a large open lounge with open fireplace and cream marbled floor.Cd player, selection of books and games.
The fitted kitchen has fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Dining area has seating for 6. From both rooms, there are doorways leading onto a large covered terrace which looks out onto the pool.
Here you will find a bbq,second dining table and chairs and large swing chair.
A wrought iron stairway leads upto the first floor with: Large Master bedroom, complete with King Size bed, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom, doors lead out onto the balcony with sea views.( this room can easily accomodate a cot or extra bed for a young child)
Second bedroom, same as Master (except twin beds).
A further staircase takes you to the second floor, with twin bedroom (sloping ceiling) vanity sink and doors which lead out onto the roof terrace with pergola. Here you will find a seating area, with marble table and chairs (fantastic place to sit and watch the sunset,taking in the stunning scenery). Villa is surrounded by stone walls with lighting dotted on the walls, pathways and pool. Eating alfresco in the evening is wonderful.
Villa is cleaned/ bedding changed twice weekly. Pool and gardens maintained daily. Car hire and airport transfers can be arranged. Welcome pack on arrival.
