"Estrella de Elegance" is a fabulous light & airy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxurious apartment situated less than 400 metres from Denia's golden "Las Marinas" beach and just a stroll from the cosmopolitan high street shops on the "Marques de Campo". The accommodation comprises a very large combined lounge/dining room inc/TV & DVD Player , three bedrooms (a double and two twins), two bath/shower rooms (one en-suite)plus a sofa bed and a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. Both the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom open on to a very spacious covered south facing sun terrace that overlooks the pool 50 metre long Dolphin shaped pool. The property includes allocated underground parking from which glass-enclosed elevators provide access to the lobby. The complex also boasts a 50m dolphin-shaped pool set within landscaped gardens as well as a business centre with internet access, children’s play area, gymnasium and sauna.

The development is less than 400 metres from the 23km stretch of sandy beaches at Las Marinas and just a 10 minute stroll to Denia town centre. Overall, a great choice for a family beach holiday in Denia.
