Lovely villa with 12 x 6 pool and ADSL/SKY TV on a 7 minute walk from town

The Spanish villa 'La Noria' has been built on a excellent location on a plot of 2500sqm. The centre of the old town starts at the end of the road. On the south side of the villa(330 sqm) you'll find a large terrace and lovely garden with views over the valley. On the other side there is an orchard and a pool area. Views to the mountain 'Montgo'. The interior is very spacious with open vaulted ceilings. The lounge and dining area is open plan in design. The house offers homely comforts.
