The comprehensively equipped kitchen includes oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery down to a bottle opener. Door to utility area with washing machine and dryer combined, ironing board and iron. Bedroom One - Double bedroom with twin beds and large fitted wardrobe with drawers. Bathroom One - Shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and bidet.

First Floor: Bedroom Two - Spacious bedroom with twin beds, which can be zipped together to make a king-size if required. Hairdryers are provided in both bedrooms. Second Floor: Has a secluded roof solarium with sun loungers and fantastic panoramic views of golf course and lake on one side and towards Murcia and her Mountains on the other, you can even see the sea in the distance. There are 14 swimming pools, 2 of which are very close to the Townhouse, as are the tennis courts.
