Nestling above the Blavet Valley in the stunning countryside of Southern Brittany. Wisteria Cottage forms part of a longere built in 1707. Retaining many of its original features, stone walls, Breton fireplace and huge beams. The master bedroom comes with en-suite shower, toilet and sink. There is an additional shower, toilet and sink to service the twin bedroom. The kitchen is designed in a modern contemporary style, with a pine table and four chairs. It is fitted with an eye level oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge centres around a beautiful Breton fireplace with log burning stove that also heats the central heating. Tasefully furnished with two Italian leather sofas and a large oak coffee table. Satellite tv, hi-fi and wi-fi are provided. The vaulted ceiling displays the whole height of the cottage with it's beautiful beams and is lit by a hanging chandelier. The garden features a beautiful outdoor spa with hydro massage jets, to sooth away any aches

The amazing museum Poul Fetan portraying 16th Century Brittany Culture, with costumed displays, is our immediate neighbour. It also has a restaurant and bar (opening times vary thoughout the year). Within a few minutes walk of Wisteria Cottage is the River Blavet offering a riverside footpath, fishing, cycling and a cafe (seasonal opening times apply). With all this on our doorstep who needs a car? However, for the more adventurous, within a short car drive there is kayaking, horse riding, golf and sailing. With a choice of beaches from rugged coastline with rock pools to beautiful sandy beaches with safe swimming.
