47,Gressington is a Luxury Lodge providing Luxurious self-catering accommodation for up to 4 people on an elevated site within South Lakeland Leisure Village and on the border of South Lakeland,the Yorkshire Dales,and nearby Morecambe Bay, and is complemented by an on- site swimming pool and leisure facilities. This privately owned Lodge is in South Lakeland Leisure Village and 10 minutes from jct 35 0f the m6 motorway. Built to a very high standard, the two double bedroom Lodge provides spacious accommodation for up to 4 people. Full central heating and double glazing ensures that the Lodge is warm and welcoming for you,with french windows leading out to large decked Balcony with modern patio furniture and views of the lake makes it an ideal place to relax on a warm evening.

    1. A deposit of £60 is required within 7 days to secure booking. A booking confirmation wll be sent.
    2.The balance due to be paid 4 weeks prior to start date.
    3.Late cancellations cannot be accepted,we recommend you insure against cancellation.
    4.Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the lodge and any breakages.


    The Leisure Village has a brand new Private Health And Leisure Club with Indoor Pool.Steam Room,and 2 Gymnasiums,(guests booking 7 days or more will have a free family leisure club pass for 7 days,) A beauty salon offers numerous treatments for those wanting to be pampered during their stay.

    Arrival and departure times. On your day of arrival your accommodation is available from 3.00pm. Vacation of the lodge is requested for 10 am on the day of departure.

Accommodation: Open plan lounge and dining room. Feature electric fire and comfortable furniture,TV with with freeview channels and DVD player. Fully equiped kitchen,gas range cooker with twin ovens and 7 burner hob , fridge/freezer,dishwasher,microwave oven and toaster. Two double bedrooms with main bedroom having on-suite shower and toilet, walk through wardrobe and cupboards,second bedroom with fitted wardrooms and cupboards and TV with adjoining bathroom. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided, guests are requested to bring their own towels/tea towels. Suitability: Children welcome, and suitable for the elderly. Although the Lodge is on one level there are steps up to it making it inaccessable for wheel chairs. We cannot accept bookings from all young male or female parties. For the comfort of all this is a no smoking lodge. No pets allowed. Lakeside Lodge,47 Gressington, is a privately owned Lodge in South Lakeland Leisure Village.

we stayed here in july and had a great time the lodge is great and very modern in a beautiful setting, the weather was not that hot but the large pool on site kept the kids amused, the lodge is central to lots of places morecambe, kendal and windermere to mention a few that we visited but more than anything i would definetely recommend this property as the owners are great, customer service second to none, we had left something at lodge and they posted it back to us as soon as they could, they are so helpful and nice a pleasure to deal with no hesitation in booking again
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
