From the moment you see Villa De Tara with it's simple design and distinctive blue pergolas framed against the entirely open sky and sea views before it, you will be left speechless! Decorated thoughout in classical whites, creams and shades of brown, the villa has a calm, elegant feel to it. From the private parking area with iron gates, you enter the open kitchen, lounge, dining area with patio doors to the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Off the lounge is a double bedroom with patio doors to a small terrace area, and a large, shower room luxuriously tiled in oversized pale cream and peach tiles. On the first floor is the largest, family bathroom with bath tub, a twin bedroom with doors to a private balcony and the master bedroom with a large en-suite shower room and doors to a private balcony. All the rooms are spacious and the house has been thoughtfully designed to take advantage of the views so all the patios look out to sea and towards the city of Rethymno.

The garden has a private infinity swimming pool with a large, covered BBQ and outdoor kitchen area to make the most of outdoor living. The majority of the garden is tiered below the pool area and newly planted with an assortment of plants and trees.
