First floor : Stone steps lead from the courtyard onto a south facing covered terrace equipped with a table and benches for dining. The front door leads into the kitchen equipped with an old stone chimney, terracotta floors, wood panelled kitchen cupboards, dish washer, cooker with oven and a large fridge freezer. Kitchen table with chairs. A separate dinning room with a large table has seating for 8 with a door leading onto the south facing covered terrace. Old stone sink and old chimney. Oak beams. Living room with a chimney and large corner sofa. An upright chair, television, video recorder. Through double doors from the living room leads onto another covered terrace/conservatory, west facing, overlooking the estate grounds. One double bedroom and the main bathroom. Second floor : One double bedroom. Two single bedrooms. One shower room with wc.

The property is located at Cezac, between the medieval hilltop villages of Montcuq and Castelnau-Montratier. There is the village tennis court within walking distance, a horse-riding center within a few kms and a nine hole golf course. Walking, cycling on many country paths all mapped and sign posted with the famous route 'Le Chemin de St. Jacques de Compostella' passing along our valley leading all the way into the heart of Spain. Cahors has its annual summer festivals with exhibitions, spectacles, drama, dancing, music and fireworks. There are caves, vineyards, underground grottes, potteries, lavender distilleries, museums and many art galleries to visit. There are more energetic activities such as canoeing, boat hire or even paragliding with professional tuition or just tandem flying. You will find exactly what you want.
