Moraira and Javea provide you with all the entertainment that you will need from water sports to horse riding. The backdrop of mountains sets off the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea and is perfect for your holiday of sea sand and sangria or a haven of breathtaking cliff top walks. The area has been rated by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest in the world and boasts over 325 days of sunshine every year. A half hour to the south is Benidorm with its various attractions sure to please the children. Try Mundomar Marine Park or the Aqualandia Water Park or terrify yourselves at the Terra Mitica Theme Park with thrilling rides.

    Flexible change over days, enabling you to minimise you flight costs as Saturdays can be the most expensive day of the week.

    It may be necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.

    The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

    There will be a small refundable security/deposit deposit required plus a small final clean charge of £35.00

The villa has heating for our winter guests.
