Gröbming holiday apartment: Kaindorf

Our apartment is on the first floor of a traditional Austrian house with wood cladding and balconies, affording outstanding mountain views of the Dachstein Region. Inside the 90 sq.mt. accommodation under- floor heating provides ample warmth together with a kachelofen in the lounge/dining room. A beautiful wooden staircase with a stunning stained glass window above leads to the entrance door of the apartment. To the right off the expansive hall are the kitchen and adjoining lounge/dining room. The kitchen, with it's pine fitted cupboards is well-equipped including a microwave, fridge and electric hob and oven. The lounge furniture includes a large pine table with seating for 8 people; for those who like extra warmth a seat next to the cosy kachelofen. More comfortable seating is also available and a double bed settee. Satellite TV provides worldwide channels with excellent reception. Also to the right of the hall is the double bedroom facing west and fantastic views.

It is furnished attractively with large wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets; a TV/video player is on the Austrian network.Adjacent to the bedroom is a shower room/WC and next door another WC. Three more rooms are off the south and east sides of the apartment; a twin-bedded room, a bathroom with bath/shower facility, and a single/children's room. The latter normally with one single bed can be converted for an extra child either with another bed suitable for a child up to 12 years or an infant's bed. The apartment comfortably provides accommodation for 8 persons including children.
