The harbour and tourist are is just a leisurely walk. Pahos has a number of fascinating museums and the UNESCO World Heritage sites to visit. Many monastries and churches are accessible from Pahos, also the birthplace of Aphrodite, Aphrodite's baths, Adonis Falls, reservoirs and mountain forests. You can ski and snowboard from January to March in Troodos approx one and half hours drive from Paphos. 3 championship 18 hole golf courses are within easy reach from approx 20 mins drive, these include Tsada, Secret Valley and a new 5 star course being located in Aphrodite Hills.   • Changeover days are flexible.

    The cost per week is for the villa and not per person. If your booking falls within different price brackets, the cost will be calculated on a daily basis. Special rates are available for long-term lets.

    Air conditioning is included in price of rental.

    A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security bond of £100 is payable with your balance to cover any damage. This will be refunded, usually within 14 days of your return, once the villa has been inspected.

    Electronic safe is fitted for your use.

It has been tastefully furnished and well equipped for you to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa sleeps up to 7 guests and is arranged over three floors, making it ideal for families holidaying with grandparents or three separate couples . The top floor having its own internal staircase and lockable door. We also provide 1 baby travel cot, highchair and safety gate. (At no extra cost) Occupying a prime position on Paradise Gardens IV from where you can enter the large pool directly from your own terrace. The property is south facing for all day sun, spectacular sunsets and maximum sunshine all year. We provide 4 extra sun loungers and two reclinig chairs for the exclusive use of guests staying at Paradise Jasmine Villa.
