Opening the front door of this stunning gated villa you are met with an impressive hallway and staircase with high ceiling offering a bright and airy welcome. The large, split-level open-plan lounge/dining room, is tastefully furnished with leather sofas and occasional tables. French doors open on to an extensive patio and pool area. The dining room provides a full size dining table with seating for six. For your entertainment there is a DVD player and satellite TV (Sky+ with sports and movie channels). The fully fitted kitchen is accessed from the dining area. The kitchen equipment comprises electric oven and hob with extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Cutlery and crockery is supplied for both indoor and outdoor use. Just off the kitchen is a fully equipped utility room and store room. There is a family sized washing machine and tumble dryer plus a large fridge/freezer in the utility area.

The store room holds the usual cleaning equipment plus an ironing board and iron. Outside there is clothes drying facilities as well as a built-in barbecue. Three spacious twin bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms), each with French doors opening onto private balconies. In addition, the master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath and a private patio. All bedrooms have independently controlled air conditioning units. The bedrooms each have spacious built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Also available are two cots and one folding chair bed. The poolside is very secluded and benefits from the sun throughout the day. Poolside loungers, table and chairs for six people and umbrella are also supplied. An outside shower also adds to the attraction of this property. The barbecue area, located to the rear of the villa, has a traditional brick barbecue with a chimney and easy clean cinder pan.

A tiled worktop and sink is also located beside the barbecue making this an ideal location for dining alfresco.
