This original 1930's beach house is situated on the sea front at Jaywick. It has its own conservatory and decking area overlooking the beach, and enjoys extensive sea views with direct access to a beautiful sandy beach. The house is within easy reach of local shops, cafes and amusements. You can walk the 2/3 miles to Clacton, either along the beachway path or the beach itself, for access to the Pier and Town Centre facilities.

Jaywick is a unique area with its own charm, but can be run down in places. We really enjoy Jaywick ourselves, and have guests returning each year to enjoy the house, beach etc.

Jaywick is a small seaside area with nearby countryside, situated within 2 miles of the popular seaside town of Clacton-on-Sea. It has a charm of its own but is run down in places.

Clacton-on-Sea has a wide variety of attractions for visitors of all ages. Clacton Pier offers fairground rides, amusements and fishing. Overlooking the sea front you will find picturesque gardens; the Town offers cinema, theatre, nightclubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes.

A short ride away is Clacton Factory Shopping Village, where you can find great bargains from designer fashions to housewares.

A variety of day trips can be filled at Colchester, Britain's oldest recorded town, with its castle, museum, cobbled stone streets and live theatre. You will also find the famous Colchester Zoo and wildlife park within the area.

Clacton is just a 15 minute drive from Walton-on-the-Naze, which offers breathtaking walks within its nature reserve, and visits to the newly re-opened Naze Tower

The house is all on one level with 2 small double bedrooms & one small room with bunkbeds. The kitchen is fully equipped except for washing machine/dishwasher & there is a shower room with separate wc. The lounge has a colour tv and dining area with French doors leading to the sun lounge, which can be enjoyed in all weathers. From the front decking area you can access the beachside walkway or the beach itself. There is parking for one vehicle on arriving at the property with further parking available in the adjacent road. Beach Way offers good basic and comfortable beach front accommodation for up to 6 people.

The 35 beach way, seafront Bungalow in Jaywick more than exceeded our expectations as a location for a stressed london family desperately needed a weekend Cutch-up and relaxing break.The Bangalow has been fitted out to an extremely high quality, it's a great place to stay and it's very clean and tidy.We enjoyed the surrounding in this confortable place that really felt like "Home" Can't recommend this place enough. Well done Sara.

We had a great holiday here. The property was very clean and tidy. The description of the property was accurate and it was in a very good position, right on top of the beach with it's many activities. The children enjoyed crabbing, body boarding in the sea, they could also play safely outside the property on the beach while we relaxed on the decking. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday .
