The spacious open plan living area looks out onto the full sized swimming pool (10m x 5m) with roman steps. The garden has a lawn area and is planted with flowering plants and shrubs. The pool has a paved surround and the terraces are shaded with overhead blinds. There is garden furniture for dining, sun beds and a gas barbeque. There are four bedrooms. On the ground floor is the master bedroom suite with shower room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedded room, an additional single bed can be added if required. All bedrooms have adequate hanging and drawer space. The huge family bathroom has a purpose built shower unit, a bath with hand shower, sink with vanity unit and a WC. The fully fitted modern kitchen has a double electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave and is particularly well equipped for keen cooks. The living room is light and bright with comfortable sofas and arm chairs.

Sky satellite TV is available along with terrestial french channels also DVD and a small music centre for CDs. Dining area has table and seating for eight. There is a separate WC on the ground floor and a store room containing the front loading washing machine. Non smokers only please. Parking space for two cars. Local shops available in Montblanc about 10 mins drive, beach at Valras 15 mins and all shops and services in Beziers 10 mins. Discounted green fees available at St Thomas Golf Club which is an easy stroll away.
