There is seating, sunbathing and BBQ areas as well as a spacious double garage with remote control entry. There are golf users rights available to play on any of the resorts courses for 4 people. By renting the villa, discounted green fees are available. Renting the villa allows a 60% discount of golf green fees of up to 4 house guests (a substantial saving for anyone wishing to play golf). Green Fees: The Green fees before applying discounts are : Championship Course 9 holes €45,00, Championship Course 18 holes €80,00, Championship Course 27 holes €110,00.
