The apartment is set within a gated complex in the secluded village of Cala Vinyes. Although a quiet resort, Cala Vinyes has all the required amenities including a few local bars, several restaurants and three supermarkets. The resort also boasts a gently shelving beach only a few minutes stroll from the apartment. For those seeking more active nightlife the bustling resorts of Santa Ponsa, Palma Nova, Puerto Portals and Magalluf are only a short distance away.

The apartment itself is set within a complex which has beautiful gardens and a large communal pool. The pool area is ideal for small children with shallow sections at both ends of the pool and grassy sun terraces providing an excellent space for children to play safely. The apartment is set on the third floor and has stunning views from the spacious terrace over the small bay of Cala Vinyes. The apartment has recently been completely refurbished with new kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings throughout.
