Grace House is set amongst trees and ideally located half a mile from the small harbour seaside town of Rhos-on-Sea with its unspoilt sweeping promenade and beach. Plenty of tea rooms, pub restaurants and gift shops to indulge in after a stroll along the prom. Ideal for all year round holidays and short breaks. Grace House is next door to our other holiday property - Hobbits, making it ideal for two families to holiday together - seperate entrance. *Offers for November - 2 nights £99 (normally £135) 3 nights £155 (normally £195). All short breaks include heating and lighting and complimentary welcome tray. Rhos-on-Sea is a small harbour town and the Promenade is unspoilt and popular for a wonderful relaxing walk or bike ride by the sea and is half a mile from Grace House. Lots of small individual gift shops and tea rooms and restaurants to eat in. St Trillo's tiny church is worth a visit. The World Heritage town of Conwy is quaint with cobbled streets and magnificent 12th century castle and is 5 minutes by car. The Victorian seaside town of Llandudno is 5 miles, ride the Cable car to the Great Orme for spectacular views of the town or take the tram. The famous gardens of Bodnant are a must and not to be missed, is a lovely drive through countryside which takes 10 minutes. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is popular with children and a great day out, 3 miles from Grace House. National Trust properties Penrhyn Castle and Plas Newydd on Anglesey make for a perfect day out and are a 20 minute drive.

Newly re-furbished for May 2008 and decorated and furnished to a high standard, all the accomodation is on one level. There is one double bedroom with french doors opening onto the decked patio - ideal for coffee and the morning paper, and a spacious sunny single room with Laura Ashley bed. The sitting/dining room is mellow and relaxing and really spacious with 2 comfy sofas, dining table and chairs for four people. TV/DVD player, cd/radio, books and board games. French doors to patio. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, plenty of crockery and utensils. Bathroom situated across from bedrooms. Beds are made up ready for your arrival. Initial suppy of toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, liquid hand soap, welcome tray of coffee, tea, sugar, milk and biscuits. Tea towels and bathmat - you just need to bring your own personal towels.
