Casa Sara is in an ideal position for vacationers looking for a variety of activities and sightseeing opportunities. Visit the immediately adjacent ancient hilltowns of Fauglia, Lorenzana and Lari, all less than a 10 minute drive. Drive 15 km drive to the famous hot springs of Cascina Terme. Drive 23 km to Pisa or 80 km to Florence or the famous walled city of Lucca 61 km. The sea is a mere 25 minute drive away, including the famous beach resort town of Tirrenia or Calambrone. Shop for bargains at the local market of Collesalvetti if you prefer, just a 10 minute drive. Otherwise, simply attend one of the numerous community festivals in one of the many nearby small villages. A 15 km drive takes you to an 11th century medieval castle on top of the hilltown of Lari, where three ridges of the highest Pisan hills meet and have been inhabited since Etruscan times.

  • Rental usually runs from Saturday to Saturday, but will accomodate for fewer or more days if requested.
    Check in time is 14:00 hour and Check out time is 10:00 hour.

    Weekly rates includes electricity, water, linen and the final cleaning. There is an extra charge of Euro 10,00 for heating expenses in winter months per week.

    Payment schedule:
    50% rental deposit due at time of reservation. Security deposit of Euro 100,00. Security deposit and balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

    Cancellation policy:
    Reservation deposit is not refundable. Security deposit and balance is refundable.

    Method of payment:
    Bank transfer, cash

    House key to be picked up at house next door. Additional towels on request, no extra charge.
    On day of depature, return key next door. Security deposit will be refunded on day of depature unless there are damages.
