A charming and comfortable four double bedrooms family villa in the south of France within 15 min. walking distance to the village centre of Valbonne This idyllic home, is located in a private and peaceful residential area with exceptional environments, on the edge of a forest and close to the beaches of Cannes, Juan-les-Pins (20 min. by car). The kitchen and living room lead onto a large terrace with shaded pergola opening to the fully enclosed and intimate garden surrounded with palm and olive trees. Ideal place to relax and enjoy south way of life with outdoor barbecues and having sunbath around private swimming pool, that is secured with an alarm system and ample parking space closed off through an automatic gate. Valbonne, the medieval village has a delightful charm, with lovely cafes, restaurants, galeries, cinema and its weekly « Marche Provencal » with mediterranean local products, a large variety of sport activities, cultural events and shopping to satisfy the whole family

We were two families staying there for two weeks last summer. We had a great relaxing vacation in this house, which is an excellent starting point for exploring Provence and Côte d´Azur. The house is not in the luxury class (although it doesn't really lack anything), but you will probably feel very much at home.

At first we were worried that it would be very hot since there is no air condition, but there was no need for it whatsoever. Just make sure the sun doesn't shine into the building.

We also brought bikes and there are great possibilities to use it on and offroad.

The owners are very friendly and service minded.
