The sunny location of Sala Comacina is perfectly nestled between Lenno for the beach and Argegno, a pretty fishing village whilst Sala itself boasts spectaular views over the island of Comacina as well as an idyllic lake front with superb restuarants as well as a taxi boat service to the island.

The kitchen area included fitted units and house an oven, grill, 4 hotplates, freezer, dishwasher whilst the you gain an equally superb view from one of the bedrooms. Outside you can relax in the garden and enjoy a drink whilst taking in the view or enjoy a lazy swim in the pool close by. Parking (off road) and garage available.
