This typical Landes style property which can accommodate up to 11people (8 people is the optimum number) is in a quiet corner of Mimizan, only 4km from the famous beach at Mimizan Plage with its long white expanse of sand backed by sand dunes and pine forests. Mimizan is central for many other holiday activities (It has a lake with its own beach, wind surfing, cycle paths, adventure park, Quad Bike hire, Golf Course and public swimming pool.) Many restaurants and other evening entertainment can be found in Mimizan Plage.

Mimizan Bourg is an attractive residential town with many good shops, restaurants and other ameneties for the holiday visitor. There is a large supermarket as well as the traditional small shops. The town also has a swimming pool, tennis courts and golf course. There is an adventure plaground on the outskirts of town as well as a Quad Bike centre. At the Etang d'Aureilhan (Lake) to the east of Mimizan there is safe bathing for children. The lake has its own Beach. Mimizan Plage is a busy holiday centre, 4 km to the east of the town with its long white sandy beach. The resort town has many restaurants, bars, and snack bars. There is a local market twice a week. There is also a popular nightclub and a Casino. Mimizan can be used as a centre to visit many parts of south west France and the Basque country of France and northern Spain. This part of France, formally known as Gascony, is renowned for its fine food and wines.

The four bedroomed house has a Master bedroom with double bed and ensuite Bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds that can also be used as a double. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and single bed and the fourth has two bunk beds. We provide all bed linen and towels (Not for the beach). The Kitchen is new and fully equipped. There is a large central lounge, a dining room and sun room. There is a double shower room and separate toilet. Outside there is a secluded garden, a shaded terrace and a BBQ with ample seating for all guests.
