Villa Bon Ares is built around the view, with all rooms looking out south-east to the sea through large, bright windows. It is arranged on three levels. At the entrance level, there are two bedrooms. One is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and French windows opening onto its own balcony. The second has twin beds placed together and also French windows opening onto its own balcony. They share a bathroom with bath, hand basin and WC. Going up a level is the third bedroom with twin beds placed together, French windows to the upper terrace (with outside staircase to the pool terrace) and en-suite bathroom with bath, hand basin and WC. The is also a separate shower room on this level. On the ground floor level is the kitchen and lounge/dining room. The kitchen if fully equipped for self-catering and is a lovely bright room with French windows out onto the terrace. The lounge is equipped with Satellite TV and DVD/CD. There is a dining table for 6 people.

Again, it is a lovely bright room with double French windows opening out onto the terrace. The house has air-conditioning throughout and is being newly furnished this year to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own terrace. On the ground level, a shaded terrace runs the length of the house and is equipped with outside dining for 6 people. Steps lead down onto the pool terrace with a 10m x 4m pool and sun loungers. Surrounding the house is a landscaped hillside garden which is fully fenced.
