Melegis holiday villa

The villa occupies a privileged position in this attractive village, and the bedrooms enjoy clear views to the south and west past the church. The pool in the garden measures 6 mt by 3 mt and includes Roman steps suitable for small children. There is an avocado and other trees in the garden as well as a cactus, shaded patio and herbal borders. Inside the house there is an entrance hall and cloakroom, leading to the living room, which can be curtained off with sofabed should you wish. This is open plan to the kitchen and dining area,and two large balcony doors open to the garden and pool. From the salon the stairway takes you to the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and terrace. The living room measures 5 mt by 4 mt and includes comfy furniture and direct access through French windows to the garden and pool. The kitchen dining area includes a fully fitted kitchen in oak and granite, with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, gas hob and electric oven.

There is seating for eight people around a large pine table. The washing machine is in the downstairs cloakroom The large master bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe as well as chest of drawers. The first (shower) bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds (well protected for boisterous children), large wardrobe and chest of drawers. From both windows overlook the garden and pool, thence to the church and hills beyond. The third bedroom on the top floor has two single beds and here there is a wardrobe and chest of drawers too. All bedrooms are equipped with blinds to the windows to ensure that fresh air can enter but not flies or hot sun.
