At the rear of the villa is the large 10x5m heated pool. Roman steps lead into the inviting water. This secluded area has 6 sun loungers, a shower and is lit at night. At the front of the villa is the BBQ area, complete with dining table and 6 chairs plus the brick built BBQ with superb views to Alicante. Beside the BBQ area is the fabulous hot tub/jacuzzi with room for 7 people. There is a further outside dining area with a table and 6 chairs, situated under a shady pergola giving plenty of space for a large group. On the ground floor, the self contained modern 3 bedroom apartment is wheelchair friendly and is fully air-conditioned and benefits from under floor heating. Enter into the striking open plan kitchen/dining area which contains a table, 6 chairs and features recessed halogen lighting.

The kitchen area is furnished with the highest specification appliances - washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, stainless steel extractor fan, microwave, iron and ironing board. The stylish lounge area of the ground floor, as well as being air-conditioned, has a leather corner sofa, coffee table, widescreen plasma TV with surround sound and DVD. The air-conditioned bedrooms are all stylishly furnished with one double and two twin rooms all with bedside cabinets and lamps. The main part of the villa is reached via front steps. The outside terrace area is furnished with a table, 6 chairs, a drinks trolley and views to Alicante. The lounge are has air-conditioning and features large sofa plus chair, coffee table and a dining table and chairs. There is also a large TV with UK and Dutch channels. From the lounge area is the well equipped kitchen.

The two bedrooms on this floor are air-conditioned, the master bedroom has ensuite facilities. External stairs lead to another bedroom with its own bathroom and separate kitchen. Double doors lead to the solarium which has sun loungers, chairs and views to Alicante.
