The villa is reached by a short flight of steps from the small tiled garden which has a large parasol for shade. The sunny lounge area is stylishly furnished with a 3 seater sofa, chair, coffee table, rug and pictures. For entertainment there is a TV unit complete with flat screen TV with some UK satellite and terrestrial channels as well as a DVD/CD player. The sunny dining area contains a pine table and 4 chairs, standard lamp, ceiling fan for your comfort plus a pine dresser containing a portable CD Radio/Cassette player and games. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer as well as a good selection of crockery and cooking utensils. There is also a separate outdoor utility area with an airer, iron and ironing board.

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, is the master bedroom, containing double bed, rugs, pictures, bedside cabinets and lamps, ceiling fan and clock plus a large 3 drawer chest, thoughtfully provided hairdryer and patio doors which lead to a small balcony furnished with 2 chairs and a bistro table – perfect to sit out on in the warm summer evenings. Within the bedroom is also a double built in wardrobe with 2 chests of drawers, so plenty of storage space. Along the corridor is the second bedroom, containing twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamps, pictures, 3 drawer chest of drawers, rug and double built in wardrobe. In addition there is a ceiling fan for your comfort in the summer months. Stairs take you to the super roof terrace, which has mountain views, and is lit at night. This great sunbathing area is furnished with a table, 6 chairs and a BBQ – perfect for dining ‘al fresco’ - as well as 2 sunloungers.

The lovely pool and gardens are situated just behind the property it is just a short walk to a great selection of bars and restaurants. The fantastic beach is just a short walk away.
