A 10 minute stroll to Beer village centre and backing onto glorious countryside.

Accommodation: Ground floor. Porched entrance. Pretty cottage-style sitting room with attractive furnishings and electric fire. Newly fitted kitchen / dining room with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and washing machine. First floor: Bedroom 1 is pretty with a double bed and homely touches. Bedroom 2 has twin singles. Newly fitted bathroom with bath, electric shower, basin and WC.

Outside: Direct access from kitchen to small, enclosed garden with paved area. Door to private car park with 2 spaces allocated. Garden furniture.

Many guests continue to return here year after year. A good choice for visitors seeking a 'home from home'.
