An attractive mid-terrace cottage with a small sunny front garden and a larger back garden. The cottage is simply furnished for a basic self catering holiday. Wells-next-the-Sea 8 miles Holt 8 miles Fakenham 5 miles The wonderful sandy beaches of Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham are only about 15 minutes drive away. Seal trips to the atmospheric salt marshes of the coast also within easy reach. Quiet country lanes provide miles of easy cycling and there are plenty of pleasant walks both locally and at Sheringham Park near Holt. Sleeps 5/6(steep staircase) 1 double bedroom. 1 twin bedroom. 1 single bed on landing. Kitchen. Downstairs bathroom. Sitting/Dining room with double sofabed. Garden with barbecue. Garden furniture.

Two bedrooms (up a steep staircase) 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 single bed on spacious landing. Ground floor bathroom with bath and shower above, basin and WC, electric heated towel rail. Simply fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, etc. The cottage does not have a dishwasher or washing machine. Open-plan dining/sitting room (seats 6). Open fire (coal or logs), double sofabed plus sofa, TV. Continental quilts and pillows for 5 people are provided but further bedlinen and towels are not included. Offroad parking for 2 cars. No smoking. One well-behaved dog allowed. Electric heaters provided.
