Location: In Beer’s main street, just off the village square, close to all shops and facilities, just four minutes stroll to the beach. Accommodation: Comfortable and spacious lounge, 'real flame' gas fire, CD/radio stereo system, Sky freeview TV and DVD recorder. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, electric oven and hob and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table and 4 chairs. Stairs to first floor. Bedroom 1: King size bed, adjacent to the family bathroom with over bath hand shower, WC and wash basin. Bedroom 2: Twin beds with small TV with freeview channels and a DVD player. Ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. Outside: A pretty, sheltered timber-decked courtyard, complete with plants and garden furniture for 4
